Colette Stevenson is President and CEO of Resides. In this role, Colette provides leadership for REsides’ technology, product, customer support, and financial organizations as well as management of the company’s strategic growth strategy. Previously, she served as CEO of the MLS of Hilton Head Island, Inc., where she managed over 20 real estate data services to support real estate agents in South Carolina and Georgia; facilitating $4 billion in transactions annually. This is comparative to the largest MLS organizations in the country. This MLS is Brokerage Owned; allowing her and her team to focus on the unique Broker and Agent needs in a sophisticated market in order to represent clients effectively. Colette earned her BS degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia and is a native to Hilton Head Island.
Adam leads the strategic direction and development of the REsides technology platform focused on member experience, app enablement and data optimization. Prior to REsides, Adam held several technology leadership positions at FMLS, the 4th largest MLS in North America, serving nearly 55,000 real estate brokers and agents in Georgia and Alabama. During his 12-year tenure, Beck led the strategic vision and development of the company’s technology platform that today includes a superior and powerful suite of solutions. Beck also oversaw operations of the product management and customer support departments, managing a team of 14 who consistently delivered solutions and training that targeted under-utilized products to increase adoption and usage. He is a graduate of the University of GA where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
Lyle provides financial leadership and services for REsides. He is responsible for assets, working capital, accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting and tax. Previously, he served as CFO for Alpha Comm Enterprises, a leader in wireless consumer products. While there, he grew the company from $15M to $85M and was instrumental in the successful sale to a private equity group. Lyle has also overseen and managed merger and acquisition activities, strategic partnering and licensing agreements for companies across a variety of industries including a $500M+ publicly held corporation. Lyle earned his Master of Business Administration in International Business from Georgia State University and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance from Emory University.
Phillip is responsible for providing support on all technology-based products, maintaining relationships with subscriber, developing new subscribers and a host of other duties. Phillip has a keen understanding of internet technology. A North Carolina Native, he previously worked in a corporate business development and reporting for a digital marketing firm. He has several certifications in Google Adwords and continuing education in online advertising, e-commerce, and marketing in the digital age. Phillip is also a Certified Supra Master User (SMU). The outdoors and good food are what make him tick!
Sharon leads the design and development of interactive learning to ensure positive customer experiences, adoption, and success outcomes with all REsides technologies, data solutions, and third-party applications. She is a 10-year real estate industry executive with extensive experience working with all leading MLS platforms and solutions. Sharon is a Certified RPR® Instructor with the National Association of REALTORS® and earned the CMLX2 designation with the Council of Multiple Listing Services. Prior to REsides, Sharon held various training, education, and leadership roles with several MLSs, including Florida Gulf Coast MLS, Director of Education for REALTORS® of Punta Gorda –Port Charlotte-North Port, and Stellar MLS. She is a graduate of Lipscomb University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications.
Pam comes to REsides with 20+ years of Real estate experience at the office admin level, giving her a unique perspective on the issues we work through every day. She moved here from West Virginia with her husband for a job change. They have three grown children, two grandkids, and three grand dogs, all who live just a few hours away, giving them the opportunity to do one of their favorite things – spend time with family. Pam enjoys the beach, quilting, traveling to music concerts and seeing new places.
Toby manages client relationships and is focused on delivering a superior client experience and success outcomes. She assists clients through their on-boarding process, answer questions and solve problems while working collaboratively with internal teams and leadership to design and develop process improvements to the client journey.
Toby has over 30 of real estate experience, including multi-family, commercial and residential. Prior to REsides, she served as Sales and Selections Coordinator at Monarch Custom Homes where she partnered with project managers and clients to ensure a positive customer experience in custom home selections. She also served as Marketing and Administrative Assistant for Verity Commercial and Sales and Marketing Manager for Kettler, where she spearheaded marketing efforts to promote a diverse portfolio of 25+ properties. Toby relocated to Bluffton from Northern Virginia in 2023 after years of vacationing in the local area. She enjoys good food, going to the beach and traveling.
Ashton, a Native Islander of HHI studied Hotel & Restaurant Management at Coastal Carolina University. Former local restaurateur, Ashton decided to apply her management skills and knowledge of the area for a career in Property Management and Real Estate. Ashton enjoys her time off with her daughter and Son and their rescued Kitty. As well as her love to travel, Ashton plays tennis, enjoys boating and working on her golf game.
Karen provides support for all C-level executives, as well as the Board of Directors and Local Council for REsides. She manages the business office, communications and coordinates marketing and events. Karen’s background includes sales, marketing, real estate and hospitality. She previously served as the Membership Director at Sea Pines Country Club. She earned her Associates Degree in Computer Technology from the Technical College of the Lowcountry. Born in Georgia, she has lived on Hilton Head Island for most of her life. She and her husband enjoy walking, body surfing, birdwatching and recusing cats.
